EPA Energy Star Award

The Energy Star - it’s like a gold star for good performance when it comes to being energy conscious. The Shops at Houston Center has been awarded the environmentally friendly label by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the United States Department of Energy (DOE). To qualify, our building had to demonstrate that, as an energy-efficient building, it can lower energy demand, reduce air pollution, and provide quality indoor environment and occupant comfort.
