The Shops at Houston Center Owner Announces New Leasing Team
Fort Worth, TX, August 13, 2009 — Crescent Property Services, Inc., property manager for The Shops at Houston Center, announces they have hired Wulfe & Co. to assist in the leasing and marketing of The Shops at Houston Center. Principal Elise Weatherall and Associate Jeanie Bucci of Wulfe & Co. will lead the leasing and marketing efforts with continued support from property management.
“With a vibrant downtown and several developments under construction, there has never been a better time to reintroduce the downtown population to The Shops,” says Mike Lewis, Crescent’s managing director of leasing. “The new leasing team is a step towards redeveloping The Shops at Houston Center. They bring relationships with numerous retailers and restaurateurs that will add new energy to The Shops.”
Located in downtown Houston, the 196,127-square-foot enclosed Shops at Houston Center is just a few blocks from George R. Brown Convention Center, Four Seasons Hotel, Hilton Americas, Houston Pavilions, Discovery Green Park, Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park. The Shops is anchored by downtown's most popular dining destination boasting a diverse range of over 30 restaurants to suit all tastes including a variety of specialized cuisines, healthy options and nationally renowned franchises such as Chick-fil-a and Subway. The Shops at Houston Center is home to more than 35 specialty retailers including Jos A. Bank Clothiers, RadioShack, Dress Barn, GNC, Hallmark and Waldenbooks.
