Center Information - Parking
Several parking options, including metered, garage and surface lots, are available for The Shops at Houston Center visitors.
Click and Park Event Parking
Standard Parking has launched a Click and Park program which allow individuals to reserve a parking space downtown for an Astros game, Toyota Center event, Final Four events downtown or House of Blues concert.
Garage Parking
The Shops at Houston Center is located in 4 Houston Center. The parking garage is operated by Standard Parking. Parking is available for visitors in the 4 Houston Center Garage, First City Tower Garage and 1 Houston Center Garage.

$2.50 per hour for the first two hours then $2.00 each 20 minutes after

4 Houston Center/The Shops - Event Parking Rates
Events include Toyota Center, House of Blue, Discovery Green, Minute Maid Park, sporting events, downtown festivals and more.
Event Rates begin 2 hours prior to Event, other times Daily Parking Rates apply.
Event parking $10
Parking Garage w/ 6'9'' Clearance. Located at 1331 Lamar St. Once you exit, no re-entry is allowed.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Metered Parking
Streets surrounding the mall and nearby streets offer metered parking. Parking meter stations on each block accept credit cards and cash. Metered parking is in effect Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Rates vary.
Surface Parking
Street-level lots with convenient park access are located in all directions.
